Best time to go: I wouldn’t suggest winter, as the cold and snow would hinder exploring.
Best travel tip: Get a car and driver; the drivers are usually very friendly, and that was sure a big help with the language. Also, use the ATMs to get currency, but check to see if your bank adds on an extra expense. The credit unions usually don’t.
