“How I Lost My Denverginity”

COMEDY THEATER|After a year of tickling Denver’s funny bone, the time has come for Chicago’s famed Second City comedy troupe to say goodbye. The six comics moved in, turned tourist and penned this sketch- comedy revue based on their findings. If only “The Real World” were this funny. We’ll miss these folks.|ENDS SUNDAY|Final performances 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. today and Saturday; 7 p.m. Sunday at the Galleria Theatre in the Denver Performing Arts Complex, 14th and Curtis Streets ($25-$28, 303-893-4100 or denvercenter.org.

“Thoroughly Modern Millie”

MUSICAL THEATER|The Arvada Center’s tremendous cast absolutely owns this flapper musical, which has some of the sly wit of “Urinetown” and the over-the-top aplomb of “The Producers.” |ENDS SUNDAY|Final performances 7:30 p.m. today, 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Saturday, and 2 p.m. Sunday at 6901 Wadsworth Blvd. ($38-$48; 720-898-7200 or arvadacenter.org).
