This is the final week to see the Chihuly exhibition at the Fine Arts Center in Colorado Springs. The Seattle glass artist chose 40 works that have become the centerpiece of the FAC Modern’s permanent collection at a cost of $1.4 million. They’re displayed alongside works from the museum’s Native American art collection, a genre that inspires Chihuly. Note: While the center’s main building is undergoing renovation, all exhibits are housed at the FAC Modern, in the south tower of the Plaza of the Rockies office complex.
