IHS Inc., an Arapahoe County-based provider of oil and gas information, software and consulting services, announced that it acquired Geological Data Services Inc. of Addison, Texas. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

National Cattlemen’s Beef Association of Centennial,

which is coordinating relief efforts to aid farmers and ranchers in the wake of recent snow and ice storms, announced that it received a major donation from Golden-based Coleman Natural Foods.
