Scott Allen Thompson, 29, of Arvada, was sentenced today to 30 years to life in prison for sexually assaulting five little girls in his home.
Prosecutors said Thompson assaulted the girls, who were 4 to 6 years old, during sleepovers at his house. A father of two, Thompson would throw parties for neighborhood kids and encourage his childrens’ friends to spend the night.
Thompson sometimes had the girls model underwear for him and take photos, or he would photograph sleeping children posed in sexually explicit ways.
A 6-year-old child told her parents what happened, and Arvada police seized Thompson’s computer and found more than 68,000 pornographic photos of children.
