GE Asset Management has acquired the Janus Capital Group World Headquarters Building in Cherry Creek.
The 160,364-square-foot building at 151 Detroit St. is part of the award-winning Clayton Lane project developed in 2004 by Randy Nichols.
GE purchased the builidng from CommerzLeasing und Immobilien AG, represented by CB Richard Ellis brokers Mary Sullivan, Tim Swan and Ron Urgitus.
