Lincoln, Neb. – Kelsey Griffin scored 23 points and grabbed 13 rebounds Saturday, leading No. 22 Nebraska to a 76-67 victory over No. 13 Baylor.
Nebraska (19-4, 7-2 Big 12) opened the game with a 16-2 run and never trailed. Baylor (19-4, 6-3), shooting 45 percent this season, was held to 32 percent shooting.
Baylor’s Bernice Mosby, the Big 12’s second- leading scorer, had just three points – 16 under her season average. Nebraska’s Danielle Page played a key role in the defensive effort, blocking a school-record nine shots.
Angela Tisdale led Baylor with 18 points. Danielle Wilson scored 14 points for the Bears, Latara Darrett finished with 11 points and Jhasmin Player added 10 points.

at Milwaukee: Freshman Tina Charles tied a career high with 20 points as UConn (20-2, 10-0 Big East) won its sixth straight game and ran its record to 10-0 in league play for the second straight season and eighth time overall.
Christina Quaye led Marquette (19-4, 7-3) with 20 points, including 14 in the second half, but she missed a late 3-pointer that could have given the Golden Eagles the lead.

at Richmond, Va.: Jessica Adair scored 17 points and Sarah-Jo Lawrence had 15 with 11 rebounds as the Colonials won their 12th straight game.
Kimberly Beck added 16 points and Jazmine Adair had 10 rebounds to help spur George Washington (19-2, 10-0 Atlantic 10), which shot 58.6 percent in the first half and took a 44-28 halftime lead.

at Pullman, Wash.: Jill Noe scored a season-high 20 points to lead the Sun Devils.
Noe hit all seven of her field-goal attempts, including four 3-pointers, and both of her free throws for the Sun Devils (21-3, 11-2 Pac-10).

at College Station, Texas: Patrice Reado scored 18 points, and Danielle Gant had 15 points and 10 rebounds as the Aggies (17-4, 7-2) won their fourth straight Big 12 game for the first time.
Taylor McIntosh had 12 points for Kansas (6-16, 0-9), which has lost five straight games and 12 of 13.

at Louisville, Ky.: Angel McCoughtry had 29 points and 12 rebounds and the Cardinals (21-2, 7-2 Big East) pulled away in the second half.
DePaul (14-9, 4-6) lost its second straight game.

SOUTH ALABAMA 58 at Murfreesboro, Tenn.: Amber Holt scored 27 points and Middle Tennessee State extended its school-record winning streak to 18 games.
The Blue Raiders (21-3, 13-0 Sun Belt) scored the first 10 points and never trailed in extending the nation’s third-longest winning streak. Only No. 2 North Carolina (24 games) and No. 1 Duke (22) have longer streaks this season.

at Piscataway, N.J.: Essence Carson scored 18 points to lead five players in double figures for the Scarlet Knights.
Kia Vaughn added 16 points, 10 rebounds and four blocked shots for Rutgers (14-6, 7-2 Big East), which has won four straight games.
