
Stacie Carter is a senior at Arapahoe High School in Littleton.
She is enrolled in Advanced Placement U.S. history; calculus BC; English literature and composition; AP French literature; and AP physics. She has a 4.18 weighted grade-point average.
Stacie has independently studied German and Russian. She is in the high school French club and the speech and debate club, and she has been playing in piano competitions since 2000.
She received the certificate of performance and musical achievement at the MasterWorks Festival in 2005 and 2006.
Stacie has three years’ experience as an Arapahoe Academic Peer Coach, and in 2005 she traveled to Kiev and Lutsk, Ukraine, to help teach at an English summer camp.
She traveled to Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, in 2002 to build two houses for poor families and was an assistant coordinator for a Mission Hills Church high school outreach event in 2005.
Stacie will attend Baylor University in Texas this fall and has received a scholarship in the honors chemistry and pre-med program.
