The Rapids announced their Major League Soccer schedule Tuesday, a busy one with the team moving into its new home, Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, hosting the All-Star Game, the annual July 4 fireworks game (vs. Columbus) and a home contest against the Los Angeles Galaxy and global icon David Beckham.

The Rapids open the season at home against D.C. United on April 7. The All-Star Game is July 19, pitting the MLS stars against Scottish Premier League legend Celtic FC. The Rapids host the Galaxy twice, May 26 and Aug. 26, but Beckham is not expected to join the team until mid-July.

All games will be televised, on ABC, ESPN2, Fox Soccer Channel, HDNet, Telefutura, Galavision or Altitude.

Because of programming changes at station KYOL 1510 AM, broadcasts of the remaining games on Air Force Academy’s men’s basketball schedule will not be heard on radio in Denver. Air Force games are carried on KVOR 740 AM in Colorado Springs.
