My favorite athlete: Michael Jordan; he has always been the guy I wanted to be growing up.
My favorite team: Broncos, the hometown team – and my dad is into them.
What I listen to: Christian and moderate rock.
The best thing on my training table: My mom’s pasta and Subway.
Pregame ritual: I have a little routine – I sit in the stands, watch the game before us, listen to music, then go get dressed for the game.
Time management tip: I usually end up staying up late for homework, but I just make sure I put the right priorities first.
Planned career: Business or firefighter, seeking to play basketball in college.
My family: Parents Randy and Debbie Ziemer, sisters Earen Clark and Jill Ziemer, brother Josh Ziemer.
I would love to visit: Cancun, Mexico.
What I like most about high school sports: The atmosphere, because in sports, especially in basketball, we’re all good friends, so what I can take from them is what I’ll remember. People, not the games, are the best part.
What I like least about high school sports: Golf season should be played in the summer.
