THE UNIVERSITY OF DENVER: Named Lynn Gangone dean of The Women’s College. Gangone currently serves as a visiting assistant professor at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and is a senior consultant at Kaludis Consulting, also in Washington.

ARCADIS: Announced that Jeffrey Gillow has joined the Denver office as principal scientist.

LIFESCAPE ASSOCIATES INC.: Hired LeAnn Ostheimer to the landscape architecture staff.

THE SPACE FOUNDATION: Promoted Frank A. Trevino Jr. to vice president, marketing and creative services.

UAP HOLDING CORP.: Elected Scott L. Thompson as an independent director, filling the seat vacated by Joshua J. Harris.

CENTENNIAL BANK HOLDINGS INC.: Veteran credit officer Jim Simons has joined the company as executive vice president and chief credit officer.

RANGE FUELS: Appointed Mich ael Cate as vice president of procurement and fabrication.

CH2M HILL: Hired Jeff Benjamin, senior vice president for commercial and international programs; and Mark Fallon, senior vice president, Department of Energy programs in the nuclear-energy group. In the global strategy and business initiatives group, the engineering firm hired Frank Lopez as vice president for commercial project development and deputy, global strategy and business initiatives; and Brian McKercher, vice president, business development, new generation. In the emerging U.K. market, CH2M Hill named Mike Ebben as executive director for United Kingdom operations and Miranda Kirschel as director of communications.

THE AURARIA LIBRARY: Hired Catherine Ostrander as head of development and grants, and Ellen Nedzel as Ostrander’s full-time assistant.
