We are looking for kids who love to hang out in the kitchen. If you’re always making after-school snacks, cooking dinner or making breakfast, get your parents’ permission first, then e-mail your best recipe and a 50-word statement about why you love to cook, along with your full name, address and phone number to kbrowning@denverpost.com. Put “KIDS COOK” in the subject line. Send it by Friday! Winners will have their picture and recipe in the March 28 Food section, and will receive a $50 Target gift card.
