Emmy Rossum has taken a liking to Jessica Biel’s ex-boyfriend Chris Evans. The couple were spied “making out” at Teddy’s at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel last week, E! Online’s Marc Malkin reported. Evans, co-star of “Fantastic Four,” and Rossum (“The Phantom of the Opera”) met Biel just a week ago. Evans dated Biel for five years. Rossum’s rep used the standard PR response: “They are just friends.”

Snoop Dogg was held by police in Stockholm, Sweden, overnight on suspicion of using illegal narcotics but was released after questioning and drug tests, a police spokesman said Monday. Matts Brannlund of the Stockholm police said Snoop Dogg and a female companion showed signs of drug use and were taken to a police station. Snoop Dogg performed with P. Diddy in Stockholm’s Globe Arena Sunday.
Regis Philbin, co-host of “Live With Regis and Kelly,” announced on Monday’s show he will have heart bypass surgery this week. Philbin, 75, told his TV audience doctors recommended bypass surgery after a number of tests. “Darn it, I don’t want to do it,” Philbin said. “Nobody wants to do it, I guess. And I had a second opinion … so they’re all in agreement that it should be the bypass. And so that’s what I’m gonna do.”
Mark Ruffalo and his wife, Sunrise Coigney, are expecting their third child, the New York Post’s Liz Smith reported. The “Zodiac” co-star, 39, and Coigney, 34, wed in 2000 and have a son, 5, and daughter, 1.
