Kenneth Tuchman, the chairman and chief executive of TeleTech Holdings Inc., on Friday announced the sale of 5 million shares priced at $36.50 per share. The offering will reduce Tuchman’s ownership in the company from 53 percent to 46 percent of the outstanding shares, according to the company. TeleTech, a customer-relations management company, will not receive any proceeds from the offering.

BROOMFIELD

Montgomery wins $22 million contract

Montgomery Watson Harza and subsidiary MWH Constructors Inc. in Broomfield won a $22.2 million order as part of a $345 million contract for construction of phase 2 of an arrival/departure airfield control group. Work will be performed at Peterson Air Force Base and is expected to be completed by Oct. 3, 2008.

BOULDER

Italian apparel maker puts branch in Colo.

Bolzano, Italy-based Salewa, one of Europe’s leading outdoor apparel and gear manufacturers, announced last week that its new North American subsidiary will be headquartered in Boulder.

Salewa North America will focus on selling the Dynafit and Silvretta backcountry skiing brands.
