Victoria and David Beckham finally found a place to live in Los Angeles. People magazine reports the former Spice Girl was slated to sign the contract last Saturday on a Beverly Hills mansion. David Beckham announced on Jan. 11 he had signed a $250 million deal to play for the L.A. Galaxy soccer team. The Beckhams – parents to sons Brooklyn, 8, Romeo, 4, and Cruz, 2 – struggled to find a home because sellers raised prices when they discovered the celebrity family was a potential buyer.

Jennifer Lopez travels with her own pillows. “I have a real phobia about just who has rested on them before me … I could be a little Howard Hughes, I guess,” J.Lo told skynews.com’s Neil Sean.

Keith Olbermann paid $4.2 million for a 40th-floor apartment in an Upper East Side Trump condominium. The New York Observer reported the MSNBC host paid the asking price for the five-room apartment which includes a chef’s kitchen, twin walk-in closets and 2 1/2 “beautiful marble bathrooms,” according to the listing. The condo’s price still did not top the $6.5 million CNBC’s Maria Bartiromo paid for her five-level townhouse on East 62nd Street. And it’s a paltry residence compared with that of Olbermann’s nemesis, Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly, who owns a gated, waterside Manhasset spread.

Ethel Kennedy, widow of Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, again lowered the price of her famed Hickory Hill home in the Washington suburbs. The New York Post’s Braden Keil reports the asking price has been dropped to $12.5 million. Ethel Kennedy is living full time at the Kennedy Compound in Hyannisport, Mass. The McLean, Va., 13-bedroom estate was initially listed for $25 million in 2003. A year later, the price fell to $20 million, then to $16.5 million. The Kennedys bought the place in 1957 from Robert’s brother, then Sen. John F. Kennedy and his wife Jackie for $125,000.

The Southampton summer home of the late Patricia Kennedy Lawford is for sale for $12 million, the New York Post reported. Lawford, sister of Robert and John F. Kennedy, died nearly a year ago. The 10,000-square-feet mansion includes 12 bedrooms, 10 baths, a sun room, gym and several porches. Lawford’s co-op apartment in Manhattan, with an asking price of $12.7 million, went to contract last week.
