PIERCE, Colo.-
Severe thunderstorms in northeastern Colorado dropped golf ball-size hail in parts of Weld County and prompted tornado warnings in two counties Thursday.
Winds from the thunderstorms blew the roof off a small building in central Weld county near Pierce, county spokeswoman Margie Martinez said. No injuries were reported.
There were no immediate reports of damage from the hail.
The National Weather Service issued tornado warnings for parts of Weld and Morgan counties but there were no immediate reports of damage.
