Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust Inc., a Denver-based real-estate investment trust, announced it has closed on a joint venture with Developers Diversified, which sold the joint venture a portfolio of three newly developed retail properties totaling about 1.5 million square feet for $161.5 million. Dividend Capital owns 90 percent, with Developers Diversified retaining a 10 percent interest.
