Faith Christian won a second consecutive Class 3A boys state track and field championship Saturday, finishing with 68 points at Dutch Clark Stadium.

Platte Valley won second place with 59 points, and Roosevelt was third with 56.

The Classical Academy won its second straight girls 3A state championship. The Titans scored 81 points, while Erie came in second with 63 points.

Shannon Harrell finished the 400-meter dash in 1:00.02, and Classical Academy edged out Hotchkiss in the 800-meter relay for the school’s only individual titles Saturday. Classical Academy won the 800-meter relay in 1:46.04, while Hotchkiss finished in 1:46.53.
