CITY PARK JAZZ
This 21-year-old series presents free jazz concerts each summer at City Park. Thursday features a fundraiser for the program at local jazz haven Dazzle, featuring music from Convergence. The ticket gets you $20 of delicious food at Dazzle too. 930 Lincoln St. 7 p.m.

Boulder-based acoustic maestro Isakov will release “That Sea, the Gambler,” Thursday at the Fox Theatre. Chris Pureka and Tiny Television will open, and Isakov and his band The Freight will be joined at times by members of Flogging Molly, Elastica, Bela Karoli, Bad Weather California and many others. 1135 13th St. 8:30 p.m. $8.
