Frontier Airlines said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing that its application to the Department of Transportation for Costa Rica service was to provide scheduled air service from Denver International Airport and Los Angeles to two destinations in Costa Rica.
The airline has approval to fly to Costa Rica starting Nov. 30. Frontier also disclosed in the filing that it is in the design stages for a new line-maintenance facility at DIA and is “moving aggressively to complete this project.”
