Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust Inc., a Denver-based real-estate investment trust, announced it has signed a contract to acquire a 26-property retail portfolio totaling about 1.9 million square feet in the greater Boston area for about $392 million. The sellers are affiliates of Tedeschi Realty Corp.

Tapestry Pharmaceuticals Inc. announced it has withdrawn its registration statement for a proposed offering of $40 million of common stock.

Einstein Noah Restaurant Group Inc. of Golden announced it has closed a public offering of 5 million shares of its common stock at $18 a share. The net proceeds were about $83.7 million.
