DENVER—The NCAA’s Infractions Committee said Thursday it would announce a decision later in the day about the University of Colorado but declined to reveal any specifics.
NCAA officials said they could not comment. A spokesman for the university did not immediately return a call.
The announcement was to be made by Paul Dee, acting chairman of the Infractions Committee and athletic director at the University of Miami.
