Affordable housing duos’ aim

Enterprise Community Partners and ULI Colorado have joined forces to increase the production of workforce housing in metro Denver.

Through a grant from Denver developer Jerry Glick, Enterprise is providing a half-time staff person to support ULI Colorado’s Workforce Housing Partnership committee. Melinda Pollack, former vice president of strategic initiatives for Denver-based Mercy Housing Inc., is taking on that role.

Enterprise is a provider of development capital and expertise for creating decent, affordable homes and rebuilding communities. Nationally, Enterprise has raised and invested $6 billion in equity, grants and below-market loans, and is investing in communities at a rate of close to $1 billion a year.
