Charlie Sheen has claimed another innocent young gal. The “Two and a Half Men” star is engaged to his girlfriend of a year, 29-year-old Brooke Mueller. Sheen, 41, proposed to Mueller, a real estate investor, on a Costa Rican beach with a $500,000 rock.
This will be Sheen’s third trip down the aisle. He was married to Donna Peele from 1995-96 and was divorced from Denise Richards, with whom he has two daughters, Sam, 3, and Lola, 2, in November after a three-year marriage. Sheen, once engaged to Kelly Preston, whom he shot in the arm, also has a 22-year-old daughter, Cassandra, from his relationship with Paula Profit.
It appears that a “pal” has shopped Lindsay Lohan’s private rehab musings to the press.
The recovering star used MySpace to stay in touch with friends while being treated at Promises in Malibu, according to the New York Daily News. Star magazine reports in its next issue that Lohan has 75 friends with access to her private MySpace area. Apparently one of them gave the magazine access to exchanges between Lohan and her openly gay deejay pal, Samantha Ronson. Details of the affectionate correspondence appear under the headline, “Lindsay’s Lesbian Love Letters!”
Lohan allegedly tells Ronson: “Babe, if I don’t have you in my life then I should just go die. … I want to marry you and have children with you.”
Just months after his longtime girlfriend gave birth to twin girls, Sean “Diddy” Combs announced Tuesday that the pair have split up.
A publicist for the 37-year-old rap mogul confirmed that he and model Kim Porter were no longer together. On Dec. 21, Porter gave birth to daughters D’Lila Star and Jessie James; the couple also has a son together.
The move comes a few months after the two publicly proclaimed their love for one another in a cover story for Essence magazine, which detailed their turbulent history: They already had a son, Christian, when Combs began his high-profile romance with Jennifer Lopez. That romance ended in 2001.
Combs has another son, Justin, with ex-girlfriend Misa Hylton-Brim.
Busta Rhymes, accused of attacking two men, driving drunk and driving with a suspended license, has rejected a plea deal and is facing four separate trials.
Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Larry Stephen denied a motion by the prosecution Tuesday to consolidate two assault charges against Rhymes. The 35-year-old rapper is accused of beating a fan and also of beating and kicking a former employee last year.
