A body found on Rampart Range Road has been identified as Simon Kaiser, 29, of Colorado Springs.
Kaiser’s body was found about 7 p.m. Monday about one mile west of Garden of the Gods Park in a white Chevrolet Trailblazer with California license plates.
An autopsy has been done, though the cause of death is unknown, pending the results of more tests.
