The Colorado men’s and women’s basketball teams announced their schedules for the 2007-08 season, including a game against the Wisconsin men and five consecutive home games that end the women’s non-conference schedule.

New men’s coach Jeff Bzdelik will face eight teams with first-year head coaches and 10 teams that qualified for the NCAA or NIT tournaments last season. The Buffs will open their season with a home game against New Mexico on Nov. 9. They face Wisconsin on the road in Madison on Nov. 17.

Colorado is scheduled for an unusual game against Division II Colorado Christian on Nov. 20 in Boulder. They also play at Air Force on Nov. 29 and against Stanford at home Dec. 2.

The CU women will play 17 home games — the most dates in Boulder in team history — and 14 games against tournament-qualifying teams. They begin their season at San Francisco on Nov. 16.

Schedules for both teams can be found at .
