A 70-year-old funeral-home owner and operator in Colorado Springs has been arrested on 90 criminal charges and is suspected of selling pre-paid funeral plans to customers and then not following through with services promised.
Neva Nolan, who owns Nolan Funeral Home in Colorado Springs, is being held in the El Paso County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
Nolan faces multiple counts of crimes against at-risk adults and juveniles, multiple theft counts and eight counts of abusing a corpse, according to arrest records.
