Democratic National Committee chairman Howard Dean is due in Denver today to celebrate the “Convention Countdown Kick-off.”
The public event, starting at 12:30 p.m. at the Pepsi Center, is likely to be more fun than what awaits the DNC later this week.
The rules committee reportedly will review Florida’s push of its primary to Jan. 29, prior to the Feb. 5 “Super Tuesday.” If a compromise isn’t reached, Florida delegates could face losing seats at the national convention next year.
