Traffic on southbound Colorado Boulevard has been reduced to one lane at Warren Avenue as Denver Water crews repair a ruptured main near Evans Avenue.
Crews expect the work to continue through rush hour. The 6-inch main should be repaired by 7 this evening.
All northbound Colorado Boulevard lanes are open, as are all lanes on Evans Avenue. The cause of the break isn’t yet known, said Joe Sloan, Denver Water spokesman.
