CHERRY HILLS VILLAGE, Colo.—Firefighters took seven people to a hospital Saturday from ritzy Cherry Hills Village, including two firefighters, after a hazmat incident at a home.

South Metro Fire spokesman Andy Lyon said firefighters were called to the home after reports of a strange odor.

It turned out to be carbon monoxide from a car running in the garare.

Sarah Stabio of Swedish Hospital said the injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
