Broomfield-based — an Internet business that bought secondhand CDs, DVDs, video games and consumer electronics — reached an out-of-court settlement with state investigators today to pay back nearly $40,000 to hundreds of consumers nationwide who never got their money.

The settlement is between Colorado Attorney General John Suthers and president Steven Bonneau. The business is currently off-line, according to a message posted to its website.

Part of the settlement requires Bonneau and to post a bond for any Colorado-based business that is to pay consumers.
