PUEBLO, Colo.—Interstate 25 in Pueblo has reopened after flooding forced a brief shutdown.
No injuries have been reported.
Pueblo Police Sergeant Kim Wittrup says one officer had to help two elderly women out of their car. He says other vehicles stalled when they tried to drive through standing water.
The Central Avenue exit remains closed.
