Frontier to hold annual meeting
Frontier Airlines Inc. will hold its annual shareholders meeting Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at the Renaissance Denver Hotel at 3801 Quebec St. Shareholders of record as of July 16 are invited to attend the meeting, where members of the company’s board of directors will be elected.
The resignations of Frontier chief executive Jeff Potter and chairman Sam Addoms also take effect Thursday. Potter is being succeeded by Sean Menke.

BOULDER
NASA exhibit to open in Boulder
NASA’s “Vision for Space Exploration Experience” traveling exhibit, which has made stops in Littleton and Denver, opens at the Fisk Planetarium in Boulder Wednesday and runs through Friday.
The interactive exhibit gives visitors a vivid glimpse into the nation’s ambitious future in space. It shows how advanced technologies will increase safety and reliability of space transportation systems while reducing costs.

O’Brien to speak before chamber
Lt. Gov. Barbara O’Brien will speak about Metro Denver’s Health & Wellness Commission at the West Chamber Serving Jefferson County’s fall membership luncheon Friday. Ralph Pollack and Amy Fletcher of The Business Health Forum also will speak.
The event will be at the Sheraton Denver West Hotel, 360 Union Blvd., Lakewood. Registration begins at 11 a.m. with a Wellness Expo followed by lunch and the keynote speakers at 11:30 a.m.

Electronic group brings expo
The Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association brings its 2007 expo to the Colorado Convention Center Wednesday through Sunday. The CEDIA Expo offers more than 200 course offerings including full-day workshops, boot camps and certification in five different curriculums designed specifically for the custom electronic industry.
