Chicago-based homebuilder Neumann Homes Inc. plans to auction 49 properties in suburban Denver on Oct. 3.
The auction, to be conducted by The Auction Services Group of Benj. E. Sherman & Sons, will include the sale of 15 single-family homes, eight condominiums and 26 homesites throughout the suburban Denver market.
The three communities included in the auction are The Village at Harmony Park, 12901 Harmony Park Drive in Westminster; Mountain Shadows, 5850 Twilight Ave. in Firestone; and Serenity Ridge, 7245 S. Millbrook Court, Unit B in Aurora.
The homes and condos will be open for viewing from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday; Sept. 15-16; Sept. 22-23; and Sept. 29-30.
