STICK OR TREAT: The maker of Duck brand duct tape has launched the annual “Stick or Treat” Halloween costume contest in which entrants are challenged to create an original costume entirely out of duct tape. Last year, mother-daughter team Rebecca and Kayla Cord of Louisville, Ky., won first place (and the $500 prize) by creating a “Little Bo Peep and One Sheep” costume complete with bonnet, staff and a tiny flock. Their creation consisted of 11 rolls of blue, white, red and black duct tape.
