A highway worker killed Tuesday in an accident on Interstate 70 was identified today by the Colorado State Patrol as Kerry G. Lovelace of Denver.
Lovelace, 43, fell off a truck while picking up traffic cones and the truck ran over him twice.
The accident occurred about a quarter-mile west of the Morrison exit in the far-left westbound lane.
Lovelace worked for American Barricade.
The accident remains under investigation.
