An 80-year-old man faces sexual assault charges for allegedly assaulting two young girls and then inappropriately touching their mother, prosecutors said today.
Ben Solomon Martinez was charged today with two counts of sexual assault on a child, class 4 felonies, and one count of unlawful sexual contact, a misdemeanor, according to a news release from the Denver District Attorney’s office.
The charges say that Martinez assaulted sisters, ages 8 and 9, and then inappropriately touched their mother while they were visiting his home.
Martinez was released on a $50,000 bond and is scheduled in court Oct. 3, the release said.
