WEST LONGMONT (AP) — Residents who want a say in whether the city annexes more than 300 acres for a church, housing and businesses intend to submit a petition with more than 5,500 signatures Tuesday. The City Council approved the annexation of the proposed LifeBridge Church development; the petition calls for the council to either repeal the action or put it to a citywide vote.
