GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.—Mesa County sheriff’s deputies have arrested a registered sex offender on 20 counts of sexual assault on a child.
Earl Dean Raff Junior was arrested Thursday night. The 25-year-old Grand Junction man was being held on $250,000 bail.
Deputies say the new charges involve two girls.
Raff was convicted of sexual assault on a child in 1999.
His home phone has been disconnected and it’s not yet known if he has an attorney.
