UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO AT BOULDER: Named Paul Leef director of planning, design and construction and campus architect. Most recently Leef was campus architect and director of planning and construction at the Colorado School of Mines.

VILLAGE HOMES: Announced that Matt Osborn was elected president of the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver for 2008 and that Jennifer Pingrey was named to its board of directors. Osborn is Village Homes’ senior vice president of homebuilding and Pingrey is vice president of marketing.

SCHENKEIN: Announced the addition of Colin Wheeler as vice president and corporate reputation practice area leader.

THE GOVERNOR’S ENERGY OFFICE: Named Susan Innis, a renewable energy and carbon offset expert, to manage the Colorado Carbon Fund Program. Prior to joining the governor’s office, Innis was an energy policy adviser and green power marketing director at Western Resource Advocates.

IHS INC.: Promoted Ron Mobed and Jeff Tarr to the new positions of co-presidents and co-chief operating officers. Mobed and Tarr previously served as presidents and chief operating officers of major IHS operating segments.

BABYUNIVERSE INC.: Appointed Lauren Krueger, Edward Ulbrich, John Schaefer, Frank Rosales and Pam Abrams to its board of directors.

COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY SYSTEM: Patrick McConathy, a rancher from McCoy, was named to the board of governors.

SHERMAN & HOWARD: Hired Teri Scott as an associate in the business group.

PSA SECURITY NETWORK: Announced the addition of Sarah Seibert as communications coordinator.

MASTERS 2007: Awarded David McKendry, a mural and historic preservation artist with Oro Studios, with the Master designation.

INTECK: Appointed Dr. Steven B. Deitch as director of medical informatics.

RGL – FORENSIC ACCOUNTANTS & CONSULTANTS: Promoted Daniel D. Devine, James M. Godbout and Walter M. Jakl to the level of director.
