Cheesecakes for sale
Elena Clement, a pastry instructor at Johnson & Wales University, is making Thanksgiving cheesecakes as a fundraiser for the American Culinary Federation Colorado Chefs Association Competition Fund. The pumpkin cheesecakes are $25 and must be ordered by Saturday for pickup in the Culinary Building, 1801 Quebec St., between 3 and 6 p.m. Tuesday.
