SPRINGDALE, Ariz. — Tyson Foods Inc., the second-biggest U.S. poultry producer, said it’s seeking to keep product labels that say “Raised Without Antibiotics” after a regulator reversed its decision to allow Tyson to make the claim.
The Agriculture Department’s Food Safety and Inspection Service wrote in a Nov. 6 letter to the Springdale company that the approval was a mistake.
