MANCHESTER, N.H. — Republican Rudolph Giuliani says he respects Democrat Barack Obama for admitting he smoked pot and snorted cocaine during high school.
Giuliani made the comment to high school students Tuesday. “I think that one of the things we need from our people who are running for office is not this pretense of perfection,” Giuliani told reporters.
