DOUGLAS COUNTY — Liberty Global Inc., the cable company controlled by billionaire John Malone, plans to buy back as much as $500 million of its shares.
Under the program, Liberty Global may acquire Series A or Series C common stock, the Douglas County-based company said Wednesday.
