DENVER—Republicans in the state Senate have voted to make Sen. Mike Kopp of Littleton the chairman of the Senate GOP Caucus.
Kopp succeeds Sen. Ron May of Colorado Springs. May resigned from the Senate in September.
Kopp has served just a year in the Legislature.
