BROOMFIELD — MWH, a Broomfield-based provider of environmental engineering, construction and consulting services, on Thursday announced the acquisition of the Dutch environmental- services company Syncera.
The transaction represents a significant milestone in MWH’s European growth strategy and gives the company a foothold in the Dutch market. Financial terms were not disclosed.
