A seven-car pileup on C-470 at Quebec Street snarled traffic and caused delays during evening rush hour.
There were no serious injuries. The accident occurred when an eastbound car travelled across the median into westbound lanes, according to the Colorado State Patrol.
Traffic was confined to one lane in each direction for about an hour and the road was reopened at 5:35 p.m.
