AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo.—A noncommissioned officer could face a court-martial over allegations that he secretly videotaped female co-workers while they undressed or used a breast milk pump.
Staff Sergeant Victor J. Rodgers, who is assigned to the 10th Medical Support Squadron, worked at the Air Force Academy’s hospital and did not oversee cadets. He was scheduled for an Article 32 hearing Tuesday to determine whether there is enough evidence for a court-martial.
Rodgers is accused of filming a fellow airman without her consent while she was unclothed, storing video of her, wrongfully soliciting an airman to put a video camera in a women’s changing room, and attempting to film a second airman without her consent while she was undressed.
If convicted, Rogers faces up to five years behind bars, monetary penalties, a drop in rank and a dishonorable discharge.
