LONGMONT — Flatiron Construction Corp. announced that German-based construction services provider Hochtief completed its acquisition of Flatiron from Dutch company Royal BAM Group on Thursday for $240 million.
Longmont-based Flatiron will remain an independent subsidiary within the Hochtief Americas division and will work with Turner and the other Hochtief Group companies.
