The Colorado chapter of the American Institute of Architects annually honors the best new designs by the state’s architects, with a group of their peers from another state making the selections.
This year, a jury of four architects from Minneapolis, led by Julie Snow, principal of Julie Snow Architects, examined 84 entries and honored 15 of them with awards.
“Like anything, there were some ups and downs,” Snow said. “There were some great projects, and there were some projects that need some work.”
